STA’s focus in the residential marketplace ranges from repositioning existing multi-family properties to renovating dormitories. Our design approach realizes the importance of capturing the essence of “home” in the final design. Whether a property is being developed for sale or for rental, our approach is to help our clients define and meet their development goals and attract their target clientele through an open dialogue and propose feasible, creative solutions.

STA’s expertise in multi-family residential design includes creating model units and sales centers for multi-unit residential projects. Our goal is to enhance the design of a living unit with furnishings and accessories to help prospective buyers visualize and relate to the units on a personal level.

We place great value in research of residential design, and have recently help curate an exhibition with Design Museum Boston entitled “Innovative Urban Housing”, highlighting innovative approaches to urban housing focusing on community, environment and the creative use of space.
